Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RideReady Listings, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, buyers, and sellers.

2. The Platform

RideReady Listings is a classified marketplace for power sports vehicles. We provide the technology to connect private buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction and do not take possession of any vehicle listed on the platform.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Report any unauthorized access immediately.

4. Listings

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings. You must own the vehicle you list or have legal authority to sell it. Listings must not be fraudulent, misleading, or duplicate. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms without notice.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the platform to: post fraudulent or stolen vehicle listings; harvest contact information through automated means; impersonate another user or entity; transmit spam or unsolicited messages; or interfere with the platform's operation.

6. Contact Reveal System

Buyer contact reveals are limited to a set number per day to protect sellers from scraping and spam. Attempting to circumvent this limit through automation or multiple accounts is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not verify the accuracy of listings, the identity of sellers, or the condition of vehicles. Conduct independent due diligence before completing any transaction.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RideReady Listings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any transaction conducted through it.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
